About Us
Design Room was evolved through two people , Ann & Sue, needing to work around family
life having met at the infant school gate. We worked separately from home making soft furnishings/alterations for about 10years.
In 2000 we joined forces and launched Design Room and very quickly established a
reputation as a friendly personal service offering Interior Design and Hand Made Bespoke
Soft Furnishings. All orders are made by us and our team and we welcome clients to come
and browse our collection of fabric books and accessories.
Our Service to you
We offer specialist advice for your soft furnishings from choosing colours through to creating your own individual design. Initially we will come to your home with fabric books and discuss with you your ideas and also help you choose fabrics and trimmings to achieve this.
The initial visit, measuring and estimating is FREE WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS and once you have accepted the estimate you can relax and look forward to Design Room arranging
delivery of your chosen curtains etc.
MAIL ORDERS can also be placed and because we cannot personally deliver your order the P&P will be included in the price.
A COMPLETE FITTING SERVICE is available. We can supply and fit poles, tracks and
blinds etc. giving you complete piece of mind. Price on application.
